Program Manager, Finance Leaders Fellowship

Clarke Fox is the Program Manager of the Finance Leaders Fellowship, with responsibility for nominations and communications. Before joining the Aspen Institute, he worked as a campaign field organizer during the 2020 election cycle—first in New Hampshire with Warren for President, and later in eastern Kentucky with McGrath for Senate. Earlier in his career, Clarke spent three years as an executive search consultant at Spencer Stuart, where he was a member of the Financial Officer Practice and helped lead searches for Chief Financial Officers and senior finance leaders across industries. A proud Philadelphia native, Clarke earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Bucknell University, where he also played goalie on the varsity men’s soccer team.
