Lucas Nieman

Program Coordinator — Operations, Henry Crown Fellowship

Lucas Nieman coordinates the sourcing, nominations, new class selection, and onboarding processes for the Henry Crown Fellowship. Lucas graduated from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in 2024 with a Bachelors in International Politics – Foreign Policy. In his undergraduate, he served as a Program Coordinator for the University’s Center for Social Justice. After graduating, Lucas worked as a Program Management Assistant for Democracy International on USAID and EU-funded programs in Jamaica, Tunisia, Libya, Kenya, and Lesotho. Lucas also currently volunteers for the sports and wellness advocacy non-profit for refugees, Movement in Refuge. Originally from Silver Spring, Maryland, he calls DC home. He is a personal fitness enthusiast and loves cooking, camping, and traveling.
