Pricing information for organizations sending multiple individuals to the Aspen Executive Seminar in a year.

Discounts for Organizations

Special pricing is available for participants attending from the same organization.

For organizations sending multiple individuals over the course of a year, can receive:

  • 2-3 participants: 5% discount
  • 4-6 participants: 8% discount
  • 7+ participants: Please contact us for more information on discount pricing

Note: We limit the number of participants from a single organization to 2 people within a single seminar in order to maintain a diverse group of leaders in the mosaic of each cohort.

Payment Details

When your participants are accepted, a nonrefundable deposit of $1,500 per person is required within 7 days to hold their space in the seminar. Full payment is due 30 days after receipt of deposit and required before the start of the seminar. 

Payments are accepted via credit card (preferred), check, or wire transfer.

About the Aspen Executive Seminar

The Aspen Executive Seminar is a leadership development program based in the applied humanities that challenges experienced leaders to critically examine their core values using a process of moderated text-based dialogue.

The seminar week empowers leaders to become more self-aware, authentic, and effective in their organizations and communities.

What the Seminar Fee Covers

The seminar fee includes administration, materials & seminar fee, accommodations, ground travel to and from the airport, and all receptions and meals.

Participant airfare and any additional fees not listed above are NOT included in the seminar fee and shall remain the responsibility of the participant.

Transfer and Cancellation Policies

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen. Participants who need to transfer or cancel their participation should notify us as soon as possible to allow for proper coordination and logistics for the participant and the Seminars department.

The Seminars department will provide a transfer/cancellation invoice upon notification and the transfer or cancellation fees are due within 30 days of notification.

A transfer is a move to a future seminar within the same calendar year, pending seminar space. Transfer and cancellation rates are based on resort fees and may increase each year. 

121+ days before the first day of the seminar

      Transfer Policy: $500 fee in addition to paid participant fee

      Cancellation Policy: Refund of paid participant fee less $7,225

120-46 days before the first day of the seminar

      Transfer Policy: $7,225 fee in addition to paid participant fee

      Cancellation Policy: No refund of paid participant fee

45 days or less before the first day of the seminar

      Transfer Policy: $11,000 fee in addition to paid participant fee

      Cancellation Policy: No refund of paid participant fee
